 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m pretty frustrated by my experience yesterday, as my 11-year-old daughter had an appointment and unfortunately experienced what initially felt like very poor customer service.

From the moment we walked in, we felt extremely uncomfortable and unheard. After about 25 minutes of back-and-forth with the front desk, my daughter was finally seated with a stylist. Unfortunately, the experience continued to feel uncomfortable. The stylist was not very personable, barely spoke to my daughter, and I don’t think I saw her smile once. As a mom, it was especially disappointing to see my daughter feel this way during what should have been an exciting and enjoyable experience.

Thankfully, Tanyel completely turned the experience around. ❤️

After being told that they might not be able to complete my daughter’s full service, Tanyel stepped in and made it a priority to make it happen. She explained to me that the service originally booked wasn’t the correct service for my daughter’s grade of hair, which I completely understood. What stood out was the way she handled everything. She made my daughter feel heard, welcomed, wanted, and beautiful.

Tanyel went above and beyond to make sure my daughter left happy, and that meant so much to me. She showed genuine care, kindness, and great customer service when we really needed it.

Thank you, Tanyel, for turning what started as a disappointing experience into such a positive one for my daughter. We truly appreciate you!

I'm a woman with curly hair which can be troublesome for professionals but I decided to take the chance on the trainee. She did a great job and it only cost me $35! Of course I added a tip but that's a great price. Thanks again!
